Upper back pain includes the area from the base of the neck and upper spine to the bottom of the shoulder blades due to muscle tension, poor ergonomics, or spinal misalignment.
Neck Pain
Pain, stiffness, or limited mobility in the neck, often caused by poor posture, whiplash, or cervical disc issues.
Shoulder Pain
Aching or sharp pain between or around the shoulder blades, commonly linked to muscle strain, nerve compression, or referred pain from the neck.
Lower Back Pain (Lumbar Pain)

Sciatic Pain (Radiating Down the Leg)
Burning, tingling, or sharp pain that travels from the lower back down one or both legs, typically caused by sciatica, a herniated disc, or piriformis syndrome.
Rib Pain (Costal Pain)
Sharp or aching pain in the ribcage area or where the ribs meet the spine, often caused by muscle strain, rib fractures, or inflammation of the cartilage.
Mid Back Pain (Thoracic Spine Pain, Upper Lumbar Pain)
Mid Back Pain and Stiffness or aching in the middle of the back, often related to herniated discs, arthritis, or rib dysfunction, muscle strain, poor posture, or stress, common for people who sit for long periods or lift improperly.
Kidney Pain (Flank Pain)
A deep, aching pain on one or both sides of the lower back, often caused by kidney stones, infections, or other renal conditions.
Hip Pain (Pelvic Pain)
Deep aching or sharp pain in the hip area, often due to arthritis, bursitis, or sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
Tailbone Pain (Coccyx Pain)
A sore or bruised feeling at the base of the spine, often triggered by prolonged sitting, falls, or childbirth.
Whole Spine Pain (Generalized Back Pain)
Persistent pain throughout the entire back, often linked to fibromyalgia, inflammatory conditions, or widespread arthritis.
