Our practice works on an integrated spine and joint care model that includes chiropractors, trainers, therapists and massage therapists on staff.
We are a progressive practice, working closely with the members of our local medical community. We establish and maintain clear communication with other involved healthcare providers (especially your family doctor). Because of our cooperative relationships, local medical providers are the source of the majority of our referrals. Many refer their own family members and become patients themselves. In addition, we frequently coordinate care with pain management, orthopedic and neurosurgical specialists as the need for co-management arises.
Our patients consist of wonderful people from all walks of life, from week-end warriors to super bowl winning athletes, from local down to earth families to celebrity stars of stage and screen. Everyone is cared for like family to us, and you can trust us to provide a specialized and customized care program that stresses the importance of independence, helping to put you in charge of your recovery process.

This practice knows their stuff. Great attitude, upbeat, and attentive. I see Brian Forrest and his knowledge base is deep and accessable. The massage therapists know their stuff. The whole staff is supportive and caring. I have fibromyalgia and am fiercely protective and respectful of my body. I listen to it and work with my caregivers. Brian is a great listener and an enthusiastic caregiver. He constantly screens for problems and modifies as needed. The massage therapists are also aware of fibromyalgia and adjust accordingly. Great front desk people too! Sympathetic and cheerful. They work with you to fit your schedule. Highly recommended.

What I love about Dr. Forest's treatment philosophy is that he equips you with self treatment skills for healing, strengthening, and prevention. He's honest and essentially wants you back on your feet and stay on your feet, reducing the chance you'd have to come back in. His office is friendly, and employs massage and physical therapy.

A few months ago I really messed my back up, doctor's gave me pain killers, muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories. None of it helped to resolve the issues with my back, some days I couldn't get out of bed it was so bad. So I was finally referred by a family friend to go see a chiropractor. I was a little hesitant at first that just getting some alignment done wasn't going to help. When I got there the first day was an evaluation to see where your pain is. From there I was helped in setting a slow paced and easy program of workouts to help my back, the alignments definitely helped and the massage therapy was intense but relieved so much pain almost immediately. I've been going for about 3 months now and within the last week my back has been pain free. Every time I go back we do a short evaluation of where I'm hurting and if anything needs to be added or changed to the treatment plan. Also it's not that much of an expense either, it's been very easy to afford and on top of that all of the staff is incredibly nice. At this point, I'll keep going even if my back doesn't hurt. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone experiencing joint or back pain where pain killers and muscle relaxers have failed.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Forster for over 15 years for various issues over the years. He has also treated all 3 of our children after injuries and to help with asthma. Dr. Forster always encourages home exercises and stretches to go along with adjustments and massage to help heal faster and for long-term self maintenance. I have never felt that he strung us along to make us come more than necessary, as I have felt with other chiropractors in the past.
