Classes We Offer

Forster Healthcare is the first site in Austin, Texas to offer Active Living Every Day. The mission of the Active Living program is to help sedentary adults adopt and maintain physically active lifestyles. We will accomplish our mission by attaining the following goals:

Create and disseminate a realistice, practical, and research-proven program that teaches people the skills they need to successfully adopt and maintain a physically active lifestyle.
Develop and support a network of outstanding health and fitness professional to implement Active Living programs in the community.
